Vinification : Traditionnal, thermo regulated, 18°C maximum in stainless steel vat
Elevage : 6 months minimum on lees in stainless steel vat
Le nez : Very flattery citrus fruit and blackcurrant bud notes
En bouche : Dry and very fruity, stemming from this vine spread a characteristic flavour of citrus fruits, coupled by floral nuances. Refreshing final.
A boire : Serve chilled (8°C) for aperitif, with fish/ seafood, with goat cheese or surprinsingly with asparagus
Distinctions (not presented since 2013) : 'Commended' at Decanter Wine Awards. Vinification : Traditionnal, thermo regulated, 20°C maximum in stainless steel vat
Elevage : 8 months minimum on lees in stainless steel vat
Le nez : Ripened white fruits (peach, quince) notes, exotic final
En bouche : Dry and fruity wines, long finish
A boire : Serve chilled (8°C) for aperitif, with fish (roasted sea bass, turbo / seafood such as scallops), with goat or ewe  cheeses or surprinsingly with delicate thaï food.
