Maturing in a traditional tank, fiber and stainless tank

It keeps a pleasant aromatic coolness thanks to peppery and cherry notes.Tannins are well melted so that the whole gives an impression of fine balance

To be served slightly chilled (8°C) with cold starters, mixed salads and all summer meals
